IT COMES AT A TIME WHEN INVESTMENT BANKS WORLDWIDE ARE SUFFERING FROM THE COMPLEX HIGH RISK INVESTMENT PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN SUBPRIME MORTGAGES.
