Printer-friendlyPrinter-friendly

About one million people in the world end their own lives every year. In Hong Kong, the suicide rate has been on the rise. To help people teetering on the brink of suicide, there is a hotline phone service operating 24 hours a day. The social workers of the Suicide Crisis Intervention Centre take their job very seriously because they know every time the phone rings, they have a situation of having a LIFE ON THE LINE.
