快樂是可以選擇的！阿愛是一個很執?的家庭主婦，在照顧兒子和打理家務上，都要求甚高；兒子長大之後，開始有自己的空間，阿愛接受不了兒子疏離自己，感到很失落，加上婚姻破裂，情緒臨到崩潰的邊緣，阿愛如何尋找失落多年的快樂呢？阿Ken讀中學時是全校花式跳繩冠軍，畢業之後，曾經為出路、找工作而擔憂；阿Ken藉著花式跳繩運動，他消解了徬徨的情緒，也找到他的事業；在過程中，他肯定了自己的價值，得到持久的快樂。一個笑容，一顆樂於助人的心，原來可以帶來人生的轉變！
