NOISE IN THE LIBRARY [4 Oct 2005]

Printer-friendlyPrinter-friendly

NOISE IN THE LIBRARY : The Library has been providing a quiet study environment for its users. However, given the changing method of learning and scholarship, more and more students require a collaborative working environment in the Library where they can discuss in a low voice and look for solutions . Some areas of the Library have been designated for such purposes. Nonetheless, we are of the opinion that at present the noise level is within the acceptable level. Should you find a particular library area appears too noisy, please contact the Circulation Counter for assistance. If you require a very quiet reading environment, we would be happy to supply you with an individual study room.
