Integrated Helpdesk

The Integrated Helpdesk is staffed by professional staff and student ambassadors of the Library, providing immediate assistance to Library users from basic technical support to the printing/copying and scanning, to reference inquiries.
Helpers from the ITSC also provide technical support to library users at the beginning of new academic year.

Service Hours:

Monday to Friday 
 
1:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. 
(except 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.)
Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
